We can’t thank Alex Plessett of RE/MAX Services enough for his patience and professionalism. My husband and I can be difficult to deal with because we are perfectionists, but Alex worked hard in every aspect and kept us informed every step of the way. He cared about even the littlest details and was excellent at following through. We very much appreciated the fact that he always promptly responded to us with helpful answers, even when he was on vacation! Alex found our dream home and worked hard to negotiate a great deal. He scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience after work and on weekends and tirelessly showed us various homes that met our requirements. We loved his description of our house and really appreciated his calm reassurance and expert advice throughout the entire process. In finalizing all the detailed work involved in closing the deals and completing the contracts, Alex was always on top of everything and was very thorough. We closed on both deals on a date and times that were most convenient for us. (He also sold my husband his first home, when my husband first moved to Philly 17 years ago—so we can honestly say that our experience with Alex has been a pleasant journey.) In summary, we highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a highly effective and reliable real estate agent. He took all of our concerns seriously. He worked hard (yes, we know we said this before but it bears emphasis) and illustrated a great understanding of the market and contract details.
